When ordering on Zilda Studio you declare an agreement towards the terms and conditions. We advice you to read through the conditions before ordering.

All of our prices are including taxes, though they are not including shipping cost. The shipping cost is depending on what shipping method you chose to purchase, and your location. We won’t be able to deliver to certain countrys due to current complications, and will be canceling your order. We strive to send the packages from our storage within 2-4 workdays, unless there is additions to your order, then we strive to send it within 14 workdays. We are not at fall for delivery issues, and you will need to contact the delivery firm themself. If your package get lost and can’t be found, we will offer a compensation.

When ordering you are asked to inform us with your e-mail and other informations. You will receive an e-mail with you order within 24 hours. You cannot cancel your order after we have confirmed your purchase. Regarding our payment methods. We offer the major creditcards (VISA & Mastercard) and Apple Pay. The payment will immediately be reserved on your account. It is important to us that we show our items exactly as they are on our website. Though we do have to specify that the color on screen might vary from screen to screen. Therefore we do not consider it a defect if your screen shows a different color.

If you wish to return your item(s), you will be held accountable for the fees. We do ask you to contact us before sending any item back on our support e-mail. We will refund the money for the clothing within 2 days after receiving them. You will see the money in your account after your bank approves the transaction. If we do not receive your package, we will need to see prove for the return. If you can validate your return, we will compensate. When returning a product it may not be visibly used or damaged. If we determine the product is not up to condition, we can not continue with the return. All the labels may not be removed or damaged. Our packages do not include a returnlabel, and you will have to print your own label. In case you receive a wrong item, you are obligated to return the set item. When we have received the item, we will send out the correct item. All of the shipping cost will be refunded.

If an item is defect, you are obligated to inform us, within 6 months of receiving the item. When we have obtained the produkt we will determine whether or not the product speaking of is in fact defect. If so we will make sure to send a new product to you as soon as possible, and the delivering fees will be taken care of by us. We do not give refunds for any items of defect. If the item is not considered af defect on our end, you will be held accountable for all the shipping fees and we will not be able to send out a new product, or offer a refund. If there is mistakes on the item(s) you have purchased from Zilda Studio, we will comply all legal guarantee rules. In this case you will have to file a complaint. To file a complaint you will need proof, in form of pictures that were taking when receiving the package, with a timestamp.
